
Patrick Brown

Patrick Brown has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, where he has worked with companies in various industries, primarily manufacturing and distribution. Patrick is the manufacturing and distribution practice leader for Blue & Co and co-leader of the Blue Beverage Services Group.
Patrick’s clients have included public and private companies ranging in size from $15 million to over $2 billion in revenues. Patrick has been instrumental in working with his clients to achieve project objectives, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), inventory costing, inventory system implementation, purchase accounting, adoption of new accounting standards, financial report matters, restructuring, corporate consolidations, and improving internal controls. Patrick has also helped his clients identify eligibility for local and state incentives and employee retention tax credits. Patrick takes a proactive approach with his clients, and his clients rely on him to be a problem solver. At the American Distilling Institute conference, Patrick recently spoke about Pivotal Moments in a Distillery’s Life Cycle, and KPIs That Matter, and What They Mean for Your Business. Â
Patrick graduated from the University of Kentucky, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decision Science and Information Systems. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
