Alex Grove

CBRE

Alex Grove is a member of the industrial brokerage team at CBRE Louisville and utilizes his finance, local economic development, legal, and local/national political experiences to lead in delivering successful commercial real estate outcomes to tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, and national developers in the industrial asset class. Leveraging CBRE’s resources as the largest commercial real estate services firm in the world, Alex specializes and solely focuses on representing clients in the industrial sector, primarily servicing requirements for warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution in all size ranges.

 

With over 90 years of combined experience, Alex and his team at CBRE have completed industrial transactions valued in excess of over $3.0 billion dollars of consideration, marking them as the #1 industrial real estate team in Kentucky for 8 of the last 10 years. In the past year, Alex has been recognized within CBRE as the #2 Associate in the Midwest Region by deal volume and was awarded two CoStar Power Broker awards. His intimate knowledge and experience brokering transactions ranging from two thousand to hundreds of thousands of square feet is bolstered by his prior work experiences in industrial development at Molto Properties, local economic development at the Danville-Boyle County Economic Development Partnership, and corporate finance at G.E. Appliances in their Financial Development Program.

 

Alex graduated summa cum laude from Centre College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and a Bachelor of the Arts in Politics. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Kentucky and lives in Louisville.
