Employee Benefits

Balancing needs in the employee benefits space to meet market demands for employee satisfaction, while effectively managing costs and the healthcare supply chain.

When it comes to Employees Benefits, having expertise and unique markets specific to the manufacturing industry is imperative to success for a few reasons.  “Shopping” insurance isn’t the same for manufacturing as it is for many other industries.  While the businesses are not all the same, they typically share many attributes.

Most manufacturers must operate with relatively small margins, so separation from your peer group with the care the employees receive is imperative to attract top talent and remain profitable.

Manufacturers typically have many employees that are in a few specific locations (not a lot of work from home in the manufacturing industry), and ultimately most of your employee incomes typically fall into a similar income category.

These are just a few factors that don’t show up on a spreadsheet that can drastically change the value you as an employer and your employees receive in an employee benefit plan.  Analyzing factors like this and designing plans around manufacturers is what allows us to offer strategies that are unique to this industry.
